About Aman
Builder, coach and decision-system practitioner
Aman Merchant is a Dubai-based CEO coach, AI transformation partner and entrepreneur working with founders, leadership teams and boards.
Aman Merchant works with CEOs and boards moving from ambition to execution. His current work sits across CEO coaching, enterprise AI transformation and philanthropic architecture.
As Managing Director MENA at 10Pearls, he works with enterprise leaders navigating AI execution and digital transformation. Through Entrepreneur Flight Deck, he works privately with founders and leadership teams moving from scattered effort and founder dependence toward clearer decisions, stronger ownership and a more sustainable operating rhythm.
Experience across building and systems change
Aman’s public profiles describe a career spanning entrepreneurship, innovation, education, impact and executive development. He founded or co-founded ventures and platforms including ReimaginED Collective and Impact Hub Dubai, and he serves as Chief Provocateur at Radicle.
His public work has included mentoring and teaching through platforms such as London Business School, Founder Institute, Techstars and Maven, as well as an Adjunct Lecturer appointment at NYU Abu Dhabi in 2022. XPRIZE lists him as a strategic innovation leader, CEO coach, board advisor, futurist and angel investor.
This site does not use those credentials as decoration. Their value is practical: Aman has worked inside founder-led companies, global programmes, board conversations and institution-building efforts where decision quality and execution architecture determine whether ambition becomes action.
